The investment of this 'Package' is £190 which includes 3 sessions and a tailored guided meditation just for you . At your initial consultation we will discuss what you want to achieve, provide an explanation of how your brain works and discuss how hypnotherapy can help you. We will also talk about how many sessions you may need. I do not take clients on for hypnosis without a 15 minute consultation. Please book yours now.
